UPEK TouchChip TCRU2C is a capacitive USB 2.0 fingerprint scanner. The scanner is based on TouchChip Silicon Fingerprint Sensor that is used in notebooks, keyboards, handheld hardware, door locks, POS terminals and other applications.

Sensor's manufacturer specifies that TCRU2C protective coating ensures its robustness and long service time.

Support modules for this scanner are included in MegaMatcher 4.3 SDK, MegaMatcher Embedded SDK, MegaMatcher On Card 3.1 SDK, VeriFinger 6.5 SDK, VeriFinger Embedded SDK and Free Fingerprint Verification SDK.
