MIAXIS SM-92M series
MIAXIS SM-92M series are compact optical fingerprint OEM modules for digital authentication platforms.
According to the manufacturer, the scanner meets the PIV and FAP20 image quality requirements. The fingerprint reader features AI-based Live Finger Detection (LFD) technology, which identifies artificial fingerprints created from glue, rubber, or paper.
Certain scanner models, like SM-92M-S, feature additional encryption of the captured fingerprint images.
The IP65-certified sensor surface provides protection from dust and water, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor deployment. The device supports USB and UART connectivity and standard biometric file formats.
