Call Analyzer

Call Analyzer is a specialized analysis tool capable of processing large volumes of spoken text and audio recordings. Developed as a straightforward combination of Speech-to-Text (STT) and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, the emphasis is placed on ease of deployment and maximal simplicity for the user.

The user simply uploads the audio files and the system takes care of the rest by generating an accurate transcription and delivering detailed text analytics.

Key Features

  • Custom-built interface. We offer a custom-built user interface (UX/UI) that is simple, intuitive and highly adaptable to perfectly fit the client's specific workflows.
  • Accurate audio transcription. The solution uses our proprietary Speech-to-Text (STT) technology to accurately transcribe uploaded audio recordings in the Lithuanian language (with more languages coming in the future).
  • Advanced content analysis. With the help of an LLM, the system performs comprehensive content analysis, providing both macro overviews (contextual understanding) and micro analysis (identifying specific keywords) of the transcribed files.
  • Visual analytics and easily understandable graphs. The results of the transcribed recordings are displayed in comprehensive graphs and tables and can also be downloaded in CSV format for further processing.
  • Simplified pricing. The price is specifically tailored to your case.

Applications

Call Analyzer is relevant to a large number of organizations whose operations involve communication with clients and partners. Its transcription and analysis capabilities can be applied across various sectors:

  • Financial institutions. This system allows organizations to monitor compliance, analyze customer service quality regarding financial operations and gain insights from consumer queries and feedback that would help to optimize bank clerk tasks.
  • Government and public services. The tool helps public sector organizations to analyze citizen problems and questions, detect recurring issues reported by the public and gain a deeper understanding of which services need to be improved and adapted to increase the satisfaction of the general public.
  • Educational and academic institutions. To accurately transcribe lessons, lectures and internal meetings, the Call Analyzer creates accessible textual archives for students and staff. This textual content can then be used for further curriculum improvement.
  • Medical facilities. The solution accurately analyzes appointment bookings, which helps to double-check information that might have been misheard during calls, summarizes doctor appointments and more.
  • Sales and marketing. The system is used to understand product feedback, manage post-purchase inquiries and get deeper knowledge of the customer's purchasing journey based on verbal interactions, which, in turn, helps to address weaknesses or advantages in the sales process.

Functionalities

Call Analyzer provides users with a tool to quickly extract specific, high-value information from their call recordings:

In-depth Analysis for Strategic Growth

  • Target vulnerabilities/ issues. The system analyzes content to identify patterns, deficiencies and opportunities, providing recommendations that would boost sales and help improve operations.
  • Measure customer sentiment. Explore language and tone to measure customer satisfaction (happiness, frustration, etc.) to better understand client needs and the success of particular products/ services.

Data Extraction and Summarization

  • Macro insights and summary. Automatically generate concise, contextual summaries of entire conversations for a quick review, sentiment analysis and the forecast of broader market trends.
  • Narrow down micro data. The tool efficiently locates and extracts concrete facts, names and parameters (e.g., policy numbers, product codes, addresses or details like "Vitamin A" vs. "Vitamin C") across vast volumes of transcribed call data.
