Hello,

I download the trial version of the VeriFinger Extended SDK and I'm trying to run the NServer on Linux, but is not working.
These are the steps I'm following:

1. Start the licensing service from the Activation folder (Linux_x86_64):
Code: Select all
sudo ./run_pgd.sh start

Output:
Code: Select all
ubuntu@ip-172-31-31-235:~/fingerprint2/Bin/Linux_x86_64/Activation$ sudo ./run_pgd.sh start
run_pgd.sh: starting pgd...
run_pgd.sh: pgd run log (/tmp/pgd.log):
----------------------------------------
2017-11-01 19:53:07 Starting PG (revision: 10.0.169754, mode: server, trial)
2017-11-01 19:53:07 Current UTC time: 19:53:07
2017-11-01 19:53:07 Linux ip-172-31-31-235 4.4.0-1022-aws #31-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 27 11:27:55 UTC 2017 x86_64
2017-11-01 19:53:07 PG started (pid: 16226).
----------------------------------------

2. Start the NServer:
Code: Select all
sudo ./run_NServer.sh

Output:
Code: Select all
1509558406:server_main.c:469: init: starting server (revision 169754) ...
1509558406:server_main.c:472: init: Not registered.

As you can see, I'm getting the error: Not registered.

I read that is caused because the license for the NServer is missing or something like that, but I don't know what to do. I thought running the activation server will be enough.

Hello,

Generate diagnostics using "SDK\Bin\Linux_x86_64\Activation\diagnostic_report.sh" and send it to support@neurotechnology.com with issue description.
