SentiVeillance SDK 5.0 and USB Camera

Postby CAZA » Feb 28, 2017 00:30

Hi,
I was testing the demo app "SentiVeillance SDK Sample" on Visual Studio 2015, I registered a USB camera and just worked fine, but if I stop the surveillance and then restart it, it markes me an error: "Error occured while capturing from source #0: Neurotec.NInvalidOperationException: Media format is not supported." Why is that? Using a RTSP camera, I can start, stop and restart it without an issue.
Thanks.

Hello,

Please provide SDK revision number(can be found in SDK root directory, in Revision.txt file).
What camera and what resolution you are using?

Hello,

I was not able to reproduce this issue. Could you update to the latest SDK version (158289 5.0 2016/12/05) ?

Have you modified sample?
Which exact sample have you tried?
Send me detailed, step by step instructions how to reproduce this issue.
