How do I change the background of an NFace Object to white?

Postby srinivasKini » May 06, 2019 04:54

I"m currently facing as issue where the background of my NFace image is completely black. The face itself is completely normal. Is there anyway I can change the background to white/ transparent.

JAVA CODE
Code: Select all

byte[] imageAsBytes = facialFeatureServiceRequest.getCapturedImage(); // get captured image as a bytes
NBiometricClient client = new NBiometricClient();
ByteBuffer inputImageByteBuffer = ByteBuffer.wrap(imageAsBytes);
NImage nimage = NImage.fromMemory(inputImageByteBuffer); // retrieve NImage object from memory
NFace face2 = client.detectFaces(nimage);

Thanks

Hello,

Send issue description to support@neurotechnology.com also provide following:
  • SDK revision number(can be found in SDK root directory, in Revision.txt file).
  • Screen shot of the issue.
  • Can you reproduce the same issue using our unmodified sample?
  • Send face image you are using.
