Product description
The Online Beneficiary Claims System is used to manage the processing and payment of claims to beneficiaries who are added to the system on a monthly basis. Before adding a beneficiary to the payroll, their fingerprints (4+4+2) must be captured to validate their identity and also revalidate their identity on an annual basis.
The solution is deployed for the National Social Security and Welfare Corporation in Liberia. It is based on client-server architecture and currently includes one server, three desktop client units and four hand-held client units. The system is designed to provide response in 15 seconds and process up to 150 persons per hour.
